SBW says he has to do more

7:06 am on 15 June 2012

The All Blacks second five Sonny Bill Williams says he's still trying to prove himself in the black jersey.

Williams has been named in the starting line-up for the second weekend in a row keeping 63-test veteran Ma'a Nonu out of the side altogether.

The Chiefs midfielder has come on in leaps and bounds since his All Blacks debut in 2010 and his scintilating Super Rugby form has lifted the league convert to one of the best second five's in world rugby.

However Williams believes he's still yet to earn his All Blacks stripes.

He says he has to get involved more and prove himself.

Williams says it was a good start last week and so wants to go forward in Christchurch.
