The American Mardy Fish has made a winning return to tennis following his operation to treat a frightening heart condition, but he immediately felt unwell after coming off court this morning at Wimbledon.
The world number 12 won his opening match against Spain's Ruben Ramirez-Hidalgo in three close sets, but he was too ill to appear at the obligatory post-match news conference.
Fish has a day off now and he's promised to return to fulfill his media commitments.
