The English Premier League football side Tottenham Hostpur have re-signed Gareth Bale to a new four-year contract with the club.
The Wales winger has committed to stay with Spurs despite speculation over his future after Spurs failed to qualify for the Champions League and sacked manager Harry Redknapp earlier this month.
Spurs finished fourth in the English Premier League last season but missed out on Europe's leading club competition after Chelsea won the trophy.
Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid were among the clubs linked with Bale.
