Lam bullish about job prospects

The Blues have held their last training run in Auckland this season with head coach Pat Lam relentlessly questioned by the media about his job prospects, rather than the Blues' final Super Rugby game at the ACT Brumbies on Saturday.

An awful season with just three wins up to this point has meant the Blues' playoff hopes disappeared months ago, and Lam's job was advertised back in May.

He will stay behind to interview for his position on Friday along with the other candidates, then catch a later flight to rejoin the team in Canberra - but Lam says he's not worried about his future.

Lam says there are always plenty of options and he's just concentrating on his current job - once he doesn't have a job anymore, he'll just get another one.
