The Indian Cricket Board is set to invite Pakistan for a series later this year, resuming cricket ties between the neighbouring countries which were suspended following the Mumbai attacks in 2008 which killled 166 people.
Pakistan will be invited to play five limited overs matches in December/January, and players, officials and fans in Pakistan have gone into a frenzy over the invitation, which follows year-long negotiations.
The Indian Board's vice president Ranjeev Shukla Shukla has ruled out any revenue-sharing agreement with the Pakistan board regarding the series.
