Todd looking forward to being in village

The New Zealand equestrian team has arrived at the athletes village in London to prepare for their Olympic programme.

The equestrian squad contains two of New Zealand's most experienced Olympians, 56-year-old Mark Todd and 50-year-old Andrew Nicholson, who are both attending their seventh games.

Often the equestrians stay out of the village closer to their venue, but they will be with the rest of the New Zealand team in London and Todd is looking forward to it.

He says the times he's stayed in a village he's won medals, so he'd like that to continue.

Todd also believes being amongst other athletes is a great opportunity.

The eventing will be held in London at Greenwich Park and starts on July 28th, the first weekend.
