Warriors wary of "bullies" Manly says McClennan

Updated at 7:57 pm on 28 July 2012

The New Zealand Warriors are expecting intimidation tactics from the Many Sea Eagles when the two National Rugby League sides meet in Perth.

The Warriors are currently 11th on the competition ladder and have an uphill battle to make the top eight, with four of their remaining six regular season games against opponents currently ranked higher.

The Warriors coach, Brian McClennan says his side will have to toughen up to beat the defending champions Manly.

McClennan says Manly plays a bullying style with a flat attack and the Warriors need to defend well to win.
