He might not be part of the Chiefs Super rugby campaign but All Blacks assistant coach Ian Foster says he still feels part of their Super rugby success as they prepare for tomorrow night's final against the South African side the Sharks.

The Chiefs in their first year under new coach Dave Rennie have reached just their second final in the 17 years the competition has run.

Foster coached the side for eight seasons taking them to finals in 2009 but they finished a lowly tenth last year and he says he's delighted with the way they have played this year.
