The England prop Matt Stevens has announced his immediate retirement from international rugby.
The 29-year-old played 44 tests for England and appeared in two Rugby World Cups.
He says with a young family he's unable to commit to the next tournament in 2015.
Stevens was given a two-year ban after testing positive for cocaine following a match for Bath in 2009.
Once his ban expired, the South African-born forward resumed his career with Saracens, before fighting his way back into the England team.
