Valerie Adams' is set to reign supreme at the top of world shot-putting with her nearest rival facing 2 years out of the sport.
Adams' London Olympic silver medal has been upgraded to gold after the women she was beaten by last week, Nadzeya Ostapchuk of Belarus, failed a drugs test.
Two urine samples taken from the Belarussian before and after her win last Tuesday tested positive for metenolone, an anabolic steroid.
The IOC says Belarus has been ordered to return Ostapchuk's gold medal.
Apart from 2010, when she was beaten at the world indoor champs, Adams has dominated the sport for close to 6 years.
The 27-year-old is set to continue to lead the way and will compete at a double Olympic champion in Stockholm later this week.
Adams says she's happy the drugs testing programme works and she doesn't have any feelings about Ostapchuk.... describing her as history.
