German Degenkolb wins stage two of Tour of Spain

Germany's John Degenkolb won stage two of the Vuelta a Espana on Sunday and Australian Allan Davis finished second in the bunch sprint that decided the stage from Pamplona to Viana.

Britain's Ben Swift took third, while Spain's Jonathan Castroviejo of the Movistar team remained the overall leader.

New Zealand's Julian Dean and Hayden Roulsten were both competing for their respective teams, Orica-GreenEDGE and RadioShack-Nissan.
