The McLaren Formula One boss says former world champion Lewis Hamilton is certain to commit his long-term future to McLaren, despite speculation he may leave the team.
Hamilton's current contract expires at the end of the season and the 27-year-old British driver has been seen as a potential replacement for Michael Schumacher at Mercedes.
But team principal Martin Whitmarsh says Hamilton, who hauled himself back into title contention with victory in the Hungarian Grand Prix, has told him he is keen to sign another deal with McLaren.
