Mannering back for Warriors final game

The Warriors will welcome back skipper Simon Mannering for their final National Rugby League match of the season against the Canberra Raiders in Auckland on Sunday.

Having missed the last five games with an ankle injury, Mannering comes back into a rearranged forward pack.

Mannering will play alongside Micheal Luck for his 150th game and last appearance for the Warriors before retiring after 12 seasons in the NRL and 226 games.

While naming Mannering in the second row, interim Warriors coach Tony Iro has also made several other changes to after last round's 38-6 loss to St George Illawarra.

Feleti Mateo, comes out of the second row to start at standoff while Pita Godinet, will start at halfback with regular halfback Shaun Johnson out with an eye injury.

Centre Konrad Hurrell returns to the starting lineup while Ben Matulinostarts in the front row with Jacob Lillyman.
