The Swedish cyclist Frederik Kessiakoff has won the 11th stage of the Tour of Spain, a 39km individual time trial.
Alberto Contador, who is back after a 2-year doping ban, was second, 17 seconds behind the Swede.
Spaniard Joaquim Rodriguez still has the tour leaders red jersey, however he is now just 1 second ahead of Contador.
