Paralympics gold for New Zealand

New Zealand has won 2 more gold medals at the London Paralympics.

Tandem cyclists Phillipa Gray and Laura Thompson won the Women's Pursuit, beating an Irish team in the Gold Medal Final.... earlier they had set a world record in qualifying.

Swimmer Cameron Leslie won gold in a world record time in his individual medley event, while Mary Fisher won a silver in the 100 backstroke.

New Zealand flag bearer Michael Johnson won a bronze medal in the 10metre Air Rifle Standing.

Runner Tim Prendergast has qualified for the final of the T13 Men's 1500 metres.

New Zealand now has 4 gold medals and 11 in total.
