Wallabies hit by stomach bug in Jo'burg

7:14 am on 27 September 2012

The Wallabies' preparations for this weekend's Rugby Championship match against South Africa in Johannesburg have been disrupted by a stomach bug affecting six players and three members of the coaching staff.

Hooker Stephen Moore also sat out training after aggravating his troublesome hamstring injury, and Queensland's James Hanson is on standby to fly to South Africa should Moore's scans provide bad news.

Kurtley Beale trained impressively at first five with Berrick Barnes at fullback.
