Juan Mata starred for Chelsea, setting up a goals for Eden Hazard and Branislav Ivanovic.
Fernando Torres and Frank Lampard picked up the other goals for the Blues while Grant Holt scored for Norwich.
Manchester City kept up the pace and they're in second after beating Sunderland 3-0, while Arsenal beat West Ham 3-1 and West Brom beat Queens Park Rangers 3-2.
Wigan and Everton and Swansea and Reading all drew.
