London's Olympic Stadium and Wembley have been identified as potential venues for the 2015 Rugby World Cup as tournament organisers focus on stadium capacity ahead of rugby heritage.

England's traditional home of rugby, Twickenham, and Cardiff's Millennium Stadium are also included among the list of 17 potential venues released by England Rugby 2015.

There's been some criticism from purists concerned that only one English club rugby ground is on the list which includes Manchester United's Old Trafford and 11 other football club stadiums.

2015 organisers are aiming for a profit of 100-million pounds.
