There is a report in Britain that the former England captain John Terry could be on his way out of Chelsea and heading for Spanish club Valencia in the January transfer window.

Terry is serving a four-match FA ban for racially abusing QPR defender Anton Ferdinand.

The Daily Mirror reports that FIFA agent Francois Gallardo has claimed Terry has been offered the chance to relaunch his career in the Spanish top flight.

Valencia are reportedly ready to offer the 31-year-old defender an 18-month contract, with an option for another year.
