Scottish champions Celtic have scored one of their biggest wins in European football, beating Spanish giant Barcelona 2-1 in their Champions League clash at Celtic Park.

Celtic are celebrating their 125th birthday this week and the win moves them up to second in the group, 2 points behind Barcelona.

The Celtic manager Neil Lennon says this is not the pinnacle, there is more to come from this club.

Celtic won the European Cup in 1967.

Manchester United kept their perfect record and qualified for the next stage, scoring 3 goals in the last ten minutes for a come-from-behind 3-1 win at Portugese side Braga.

Champions Chelsea have joined Shakhtar Donetsk at the top of their group after beating the Ukrainians 3-2 at Stamford Bridge.
