Bangladesh dominated day three of their first cricket test against the West Indies in Dhaka which featured a maiden test century - 108 - by their middle-order batsman Naeem Islam and 89 from Shakib Al Hasan.
The pair produced a fourth-wicket partnership of 167 to help the home team close the third day on 455 for six, just 72 short of the West Indies' first innings total of 527 for four declared.
