The Canterbury first five Tom Taylor says he'll be ready if needed by the All Blacks for this weekend's Test against England at Twickenham.
Taylor has arrived in London to cover for Dan Carter and Beauden Barrett who are recovering from injury.
The 23-year-old son of World Cup winning midfielder Warwick Taylor, was on holiday in Phuket when he was called up.
Taylor says while he hasn't played for a month, he's been keeping fit as Crusaders pre-season training is just a couple of weeks away although the change in weather is a shock to the system.
Taylor arrived in London in shorts, singlet and jandals and his mother is sending over his boots, moutguard and kicking tee.
