The former professional cyclist Tyler Hamilton believes both UCI President Pat McQuaid and Honorary President Hein Verbruggen should resign from the sport following the Lance Armstrong doping scandal.
Armstrong was stripped of his 7 Tour de France titles last month following an investigation by the United States Anti-Doping Agency.
Hamilton, a former team-mate of Armstrongs who has confessed to doping, believes those at the top of the sport need to take some responsibility for how they have dealt with the situation.....
