He may think he's up to Test standard, but Shane Warne went for an Australian record none for 41 from his 2 overs in the opening match of the Twenty20 Big Bash competition in Melbourne.

Warne's Melbourne Stars were upset by the Melbourne Renegades by 8 wickets.

Warne's pre-tournament favourites batted first and made 167 for 5, however the Renegades showed no respect to Warne, belting the 43-year-old legspin great for four sixes as they reached 168 for 2 with 10 deliveries to spare.

Renegades' skipper Aaron Finch hit a superb 111 not out from 65 deliveries with 12 fours and four sixes, in what rival coach Greg Shipperd described as an innings people will remember for a long time.
