As a new exhibition at Te Papa opens which celebrates the Rugby World Cup 2011 tournament, the New Zealand Rugby Union is welcoming a newly released government report on the success of the tournament.
The NZRU chief executive Steve Tew says the report underlines how well the country delivered on the promises made in 2005 when the IRB awarded the hosting rights for the seventh Rugby World Cup to New Zealand.
