There'll be a fourth British driver on the Formula One motor racing grid in 2013.
The 21-year-old Max Chilton will make his debut with back-markers Marussia at the season-opening Australian Grand Prix in March, partnering the German Timo Glock at the Russian-licensed former Virgin Racing team.
Chilton hae been prominent in GP2, but his ability to bring much-needed funding with him was also critical to landing the drive.
His father Grahame Chilton is chairman of a global reinsurance broker, and he owns a team which competes in the GP2 support series.
