South Africa cricket selectors have named four uncapped players in their ODI squad to take on New Zealand later this month.
Wicketkeeper batsman Quinton de Kock played in the T20s at the start of the tour and he's joined by 3 other debutants Aaron Phangiso, Farhaan Behardien and Rory Kleinveldt.
Jacques Kallis has been rested while JP Duminy is still recovering from the Achilles' injury he sustained in Australia.
AB de Villiers returns to captain the side after Cricket South Africa granted his request to be rested from the T20s.
The squad also includes Graeme Smith, Hashim Amla, the pace duo of Dale Steyn and Morne Morkel, and Robin Peterson.
The first of the three matches is in Paarl on January 19th.
South Africa won the T20 series 2-1 and won the first Test by an innings.
