Father of collar bomb hoax victim appointed chief executive of ARU

The multi-millionaire businessman Bill Pulver, the father of collar bomb hoax victim Madeline, has been appointed as the new chief executive of the Australian Rugby Union replacing John O'Neil who's already left the post.

The Pulver family made headlines in 2011 when the collar bomb hoax occurred at their family home in Sydney.
