Watling holding Black Caps together again

New Zealand's 157 for four in their second innings, trailing hosts South Africa by 247 runs, at stumps on day three of the second cricket test in Port Elizabeth.

The Black Caps were forced to follow on after being dismissed for 121 in their first innings, with BJ Watling scoring more than half the side's runs in making 63.

Watling's also holding the second innings together. He's unbeaten on 41 and Dean Brownlie's on 44, the pair having put on 73 for the fifth wicket. Opener Martin Guptill made 48.

South Africa lead the two test series one nil.
