The San Francisco 49ers are through to the Superbowl of American football after beating the Atlanta Falcons 28-24 in the NFC Championship match at the Georgia Dome.
The 49ers will play the winner of today's AFC Championship, between the New England Patriots and Baltimore Ravens, in the National Football League's championship game on February 3rd.
