The former world golf number one and 14-time major winner Tiger Woods has claimed his 75th US PGA Tour win, with a four-shot victory at the weather-delayed PGA Tour event at Torrey Pines in California.
It wasn't nearly as convincing as it could've been as Woods resumed his final round six shots clear of his nearest challengers on the eighth hole - but a birdie on the 13th was followed by a bogey 14th, double bogey 15th and bogey 17th as the 37-year-old went around in even par 72 for 14 under overall.
Woods, now a seven-time winner of the event, finished 14 under par for the tournament, four clear of defending champion Brandt Snedeker and Josh Teater, two more Americans, who tied for second at 10 under.
Woods is seven PGA Tour victories behind Sam Snead's all-time record of 82.
