Ko okay with her performance in Sydeny

The New Zealand amateur golfer Lydia Ko says she would have liked a few more putts to drop but generally is happy with her performance in the New South Wales Open in Sydney.

The record-breaking 15-year-old, who last year became the youngest winner of a professional golf event when she won the event, was in a share of the lead with two holes remaining before dropping a shot and then losing by 2 to Caroline Hedwall of Sweden.

Ko says the wet conditions weren't unfamiliar to her and thought it might help... but it was tough for everyone.

She says she played well and can't be too disappointed not to win.

Ko will now head to the Australian Ladies Masters in Queensland this week ahead of the New Zealand Open at Clearwater.
