QPR sign Samba

English football's January transfer window has closed with Queens Park Rangers signing Christopher Samba in the biggest move of the last day.

The Congolese centre-back, who use to play with former All Whites captain Ryan Nelsen at Blackburn, has moved to QPR as a replacement for Nelsen in a deal reported to be worth 25 million dollars.

Striker Danny Graham has left Swansea City for Sunderland.
