The New Zealand Warriors have been beaten by the Penrith Panthers 32-18 in their second pre-season NRL rugby league game at Waikato Stadium.
Manu Vatuvei scored the first try but, as they did against the Gold Coast Titans last week, the Warriors fell behind by half-time with former Warrior Lewis Brown scoring twice and Josh Mansour and David Simmons also crossing for the Panthers to lead 22-4 at the break.
The Warriors scored second half tries to Ngani Laumape, Kevin Locke and Glen Fisiiahi while Lachlan Coote dotted down before Auckland-born Geoff Daniela finished the scoring.
