The Australia captain and co-selector Michael Clarke says it's too early to talk about changes to his side for the second test after they were beaten by India by eight wickets in the opener in Chennai.

The Indian captain MS Dhoni said after his side's emphatic victory that he felt Australia made a mistake by picking only one specialist slow bowler.

India's slow bowlers claimed all 20 Australian wickets in Chennai.

Clarke wouldn't talk specifics, instead praising the home side for their all-round game.

The second test starts in Hyderabad on Saturday.
