Swiss tennis great Roger Federer surprisingly dropped the first set to a Tunisian journeyman in his opening match at the Dubai Championship.
Federer blew three break points to lose the opening set 7-5 to 29 year old Malek Jaziri, who's ranked 128 in the world, but the top seed conceded only two games in the next two sets.
Jaziri hadn't played a match on the ATP Tour for six months.
