The former Hurricanes and Blues first Jimmy Gopperth is to join the European rugby champions Leinster on a two-year deal.
The 29-year-old, who's been with English club Newcastle for four years, will move to the Irish club at the end of the northern hemisphere season.
He joins former Blues assistant coach Joe Schmidt, who is in charge at Leinster, who've won the Heineken Cup three times in the last four years.
