Marshall to start at fullback for Huricanes

6:01 am on 13 March 2013

The Huricanes fullback Andre Taylor has been dropped to the bench and replaced by James Marshall in the Hurricanes lineup to take on the Highlanders in their Super Rugby clash in Dunedin on Friday night.

Taylor has failed to reach the same heights as last year when he scored 10 tries for the Hurricanes, while Marshall impressed coming off the bench in their win over the Crusaders last weekend.

Motu Matu'u has been bracketed at hooker with Ash Dixon as he recovers from a shoulder injury, while Ben May starts at tighthead prop.

The back-up hooker is yet to be confirmed for the bench, as the team will wait to see how Matu'u gets through a contact training session today.
