Andrej Lemanis is up for coach of the year, Dillon Boucher and Will Hudson for best 6th man and Cedric Jackson and Mika Vukona for best defensive player .
The League's Most Valuable Player along with All-NBL teams will also be announced in Melbourne on Sunday night.
The Breakers are top qualifiers for the NBL play-offs as they attempt to win their third straight title.
