The Melbourne Rebels winger Cooper Vuna won't face any further penalty for his role in the post Super Rugby match altercation also involving his team-mates Kurtley Beale and skipper Gareth Delve.
Vuna and Beale were sent home from South Africa, missing their match against the Cheetahs this weekend.
Following their 64-7 loss to the Sharks in Durban Beale punched the captain Delve and when Vuna intervened they traded blows.
He then tweeted about the incident in another breach of team protocol.
