The Southern Steel have beaten the Canterbury Tactix 75-56 in their ANZ Championship netball clash in Christchurch.
A big third quarter and 65 points from 70 shots by the Steel's giant Jamaican shooter Jhanielle Fowler was the difference, after the scores were all locked up at 36-36 at half-time.
