The Chiefs have beaten the Blues 23-16 in their Super Rugby clash at Mount Maunganui.
Prop Ben Tameifuna scored the opening try for the Chiefs just after half-time, when the hosts led 9-6.
Centre Richard Kahui charged down a kick to score the second Chiefs try, while the Blues finally crossed the line in the 78th minute through wing George Moala.
It's the Chiefs' fourth straight win over the Blues, the first time the Hamilton-based side has achieved that feat.
