The A-League won't be rushing to introduce goal-line technology.
Football's governing body FIFA has asked German company GoalControl to provide the technology at this year's Confederations Cup in Brazil, with the view to using it during the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
A-League chief executive Damien de Bohun says he'll be watching the technology closely but won't be rushing to implement it in Australia.
He says they'll see how it plays out at the FIFA tournaments first.
