Trans-Tasman netball competition officials says they're satisfied with the umpiring in the weekend's controversial loss by defending champions the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic to the West Coast Fever in Perth.
After the match Silver Ferns shooter Irene van Dyk criticised the umpires saying they allowed the Fever defenders to get away with murder.
Several other players and coaches have criticised the inconsistency of umpiring in the opening rounds of the competition too, prompting the league's general manager Andy Crook to issue a general warning about such comments.
He's ruled van Dyk's comments didn't breach the code of conduct but he's also defended the match umpires deeming their peformance satisfactory.
Crook says no team has lodged a formal complaint about the standard of umpiring.
