World Cup winner Sonny Bill Williams is more than welcome to rejoin the New Zealand rugby fold though there's no guarantee he would be included in plans for the 2015 World Cup in England says the New Zealand Rugby Union.
Williams, an All Blacks World Cup winner in 2011 returned to rugby league this year, joining the Sydney Roosters in the NRL.
Williams, who signs one-year contracts only, has been the subject of speculation about a possible bid to make the All Blacks 2015 World Cup squad.
Coach Steve Hansen says there's been no handshake deal for Williams return, but NZRU chief executive Steve Tew says they have been talking to Williams.
