The Olympic kayak champion Lisa Carrington has won the final of the K1 500 metres at a world cup regatta in the Czech Republic.
The field was lighter than last week's regatta where Carrington finished tenth in an event that is still new to her but she's showing great promise, beating the London Olympic sixth, seventh and ninth place-getters today.
Carrington has also reached the final of her specialist event the K1 200.
