The former US Open golf champion Graeme McDowell came from behind to win his maiden World Match Play Championship with a 2 & 1 victory over Thailand's Thongchai Jaidee at the spectacular Thracian Cliffs course in Bulgaria.
The Northern Irishman was thrilled to have made amends for his loss to the Belgian Ryder Cup player Nicolas Colsaerts in last year's final.
