The Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has signed a one-year contract extension with the English Premier League football club.
The 24-year-old Argentine signed a five-year deal when he arrived from Atletico Madrid in 2011 and his new deal runs until 2017.
Aguero famously scored the injury-time goal against Queen's Park Rangers which clinched City the 2011-12 Premier League title ahead of Manchester United.
He has scored 47 goals in 88 appearance for City.
Aguero had been linked with a move to Real Madrid.
