The Indiana Pacers have beaten the defending champions the Miami Heat 91-77 to force a deciding game seven in basketball's NBA Eastern Conference final.

The series decider will be held in Miami on Tuesday with the winner joining the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA finals, starting on Friday.

Leading 3-2, Miami knew a win would secure their place in the finals for the third straight year but with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh again off-form, Indiana took full advantage, with Paul George top scoring with 28 points.

LeBron James led the Heat with 29 points.
