Hansen not fazed by poor Super Rugby form

The All Blacks coach Steve Hansen isn't concerned by the poor Super Rugby form of some of his players named in the squad to play France.

On Sunday Hansen named his 32-man squad for the three test series and included five players from the struggling Highlanders.

The hooker, Andrew Hore, prop Tony Woodcock, halfback Aaron Smith, second five Ma'a Nonu and utility Ben Smith were all picked despite being involved with the southern Super Rugby franchise, that has just two wins this season.

Hansen says they picked players who have succeeded in an All Black jersey in the past.
